National Collegiate Scolarship Association (NCSA)
Has some great resources for Parents and students regarding the recruiting process. It's expensive but the fee covers mutiple the entire high school years.
One non-D1 Leon athlete had over 100 colleges view his film through NCSA with over 25 schools showing intertest.

- There are many scholarship opportunities other than D1
AFM College Directories is a little known, fairly inexpensive college coach directory. Giving phone numbers, email addresses, and position information for virtually all colleges. Ir was developed primarily for football coaches and people that market to college football coaches.
AFMFootballRecruits This service is similar to the service above but created specifically to assist high school football players and parents in college recruiting and video highlight distributuin.
GoBigRecruiting will help identify schools looking for athletes that meet your students qualifications, When they get a positive response from a college, they will alert you and then for a small fee they will send them a copy of your highlight film. (If you have a better way to get film to the college, such as your Leon coach or family connection, or direct, you have no obligation to spend money to send it via their service.)
